Our graduates,based on the theoretical and laboratory background as well as the specialized scientific knowledge they acquire during their studies, become capable of an interdisciplinary approach and analysis of contemporary cutting-edge issues in the food sector, such as ensuring the planet’s food quality, safety and sufficiency, both quantitatively and qualitatively.They have the ability to engage in all kind of entrepreneurial, industrial, research and teaching activities such as investigation, identification, understanding, studying, analysis, design, implementation, installation, supervision, operation, evaluation, conducting expert assessments and certification in the scientific fields of food and nutrition.
