DR. MYRSINI KAKAGIANNI OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FOOD SCIENCE AND NUTRITION LEADS LECTURES AT 2ND SUMMER SCHOOL ON MYCOTOXINS MANAGEMENT

On Thursday, June 13, 2024, Dr. Myrsini Kakagianni, Assistant Professor of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, participated as a speaker with two lectures at the 2nd Summer School tentative program, organized by the European research program FunShield4Med (HORIZONWIDERA-2021-ACCESS-03-01, Project ID: 101079173) under the title: “Tools & Strategies to manage the mycotoxins menace.”

The lectures covered topics related to: “Linking dietary exposure and risk assessment of mycotoxins” and “Hands-on training on quantitative mycotoxin exposure assessment case study on bread products.”
