RESEARCH PRESENTATIONS BY PHD CANDIDATES FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF FOOD SCIENCE AND NUTRITION AT THE 11TH GREEK LIPID FORUM

The results of the research conducted by the Department of Food Science and Nutrition were presented by PhD candidates of the Department at the recent 11th Greek Lipid Forum, themed “Current Trends in the Lipid Sector” (November 25-26, 2024) in Thessaloniki, where there was an opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and views with other scientists working in the field. During the conference, the following works were presented:
