Upon completion of the course, the student is expected to be able to:
1. Have detailed knowledge of the legislation on the composition, labeling and advertising of food and products
sold for human consumption within the EU
2. Identify and assess the responsibilities and obligations of food and food producers, manufacturers and suppli
ers
3. Assess the painstaking effort of producers, suppliers and suppliers to comply
4. To implement the requirements of the legislation in a working environment
