Course Outline: Writing and presentation of scientific papers
Course Responsible: Giovanoudis Ioannis
The aim of the course is for students to develop skills in writing and presenting scientific papers. The students will be trained through the lectures in the utilization and use of scientific literature search tools in international databases (scopus, sciencedirect, research gate etc.) and the correct interpretation of results presented in scientific literature and publications. They will be trained in proper assignment referencing while being informed about plagiarism rules. Also, OFFICE tools will be taught for writing tasks (word, excel) and presenting tasks (powerpoint).
